Every festival participant and accompanying persons are obliged to present one of the following documents to the organizers upon arrival at the central festival’s venue in Saint-Petersburg:
QR-code about vaccination;
Certificate of completion of the full course of vaccination against coronavirus COVID-19 in electronic form or on paper (the document must be valid for 180 days from the date of issue);
Medical document confirming a negative laboratory PCR-test result for a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 (valid for 72 hours);
Certificate of a previous coronavirus disease, with a confirmed negative test result upon recovery (this should be indicated in the document), or an electronic certificate from the personal account (if no more than 6 months have passed since recovery).
Persons who have not provided the necessary documents will not be allowed to participate in the festival. In this case, the costs, associated with travel, meals and accommodation of these persons will be borne by themselves or their official representatives.
